Quick and easy. Only issue I faced was an erroneous sticker placed in car after oil change that was not indicative of the service I received, that then caused concern and needless time trying to connect with the dealership as to whether it was an error or if I didn't get what I had paid for. I had bought a semi-synthetic oil change but received a reminder sticker to change oil again in 3K miles.

After switching to Tempe Dodge Service Center from Tempe Ram Service, I feel alot better when taking my truck in for work. Craig listened to my concerns and addressed them completely. I thought it would take 3-4 days to get the repair done due to parts and other factors and it actually only took 2 days. Best decision I made was to switch from the Ram service center to the Dodge location.

Everything was done in a timely manner. Will return again for future service needs. Everyone was great to work with.

Growing up I've always heard of dealerships being places to avoid but the Dodge Jeep dealership located in Tempe is phenomenal! Theyre efficient, kind, and pretty reasonable with their pricing; I am also thankful that they provide shuttle service. This is my second visit at the shop and first with Eddie and it was night and day from the first. Eddie take time to listen to your concerns and makes sure he addresses everything without making you feel rushed or disregarded.

Setting of appointments is simple and commitments are typically made. When delays are encountered communication has been great. Eddie James my service advisor has always made me feel important.

Sarah was very friendly and accommodating. She offered a shuttle to go home so I did not have to wait for four hours at the dealer and she texted me with a suggestion of what the car needed and when the car was ready. The lady who drove me home was very nice too.

I drive about 40 miles one-way to work, and I drive by 2 major RAM dealerships (Airpark and Chapman). Neither of those dealerships ever answer their phones, and when they call you back you are speaking with call center folks, who don't know anything. Tempe RAM answers their phones and has knowledgeable people who really want to help you. How refreshing! It's the 2nd time I had Brett as my service advisor - I really like him. He knows his job and is great to work with!

Our 2020 Jeep Wrangler transmission died with just over 20,000 miles on it and left me stranded on the road. I had it towed to Tempe Jeep and was quickly and kindly assisted by Ruth Frisch. She did a quick computer scan and necessary paperwork to get me set for warrantee work. It was close to her closing time but she gave me a ride to the rental car office and filled out a voucher for me to get a rental/loaner so I could get home.
